Since Fine Soft Studio is a team of highly qualified professionals, we want to
share our vision, values and work approach to the people who come to join us.
Understanding the importance of the recruitment process, we have a special
department responsible for hiring and preparing new developers.
Before hiring anybody it is good to know more about a candidate, his
potential and capabilities. Therefore after the first general interview
with a candidate we prepare a test in order to check his algorithmic-type
thinking. To successfully complete the task, the candidate must have basic
knowledge of a programming language. If the test is passed, we provide a
preparation course where all the methodologies and tools required for a
certain position are reviewed, checked and studied by the employee.
Usually this course takes about 2 weeks - 1 months.
Fine Soft Studio is always looking for smart developers. If a developer does not
know something - we can teach him, but if he cannot learn quickly, it will
be a much bigger problem. Studying and improving should be a permanent
process for those involved in programming.
